Classes and Workshops
Classes and workshops are structured to provide you with the means to progress quickly on a solid foundation.
The yoga taught there is hatha yoga. Particular attention is paid to the coherence of the phases of relaxation, deep breathing and postures because all these aspects of the practice feed on each other and allow to enter a deep understanding of the path of yoga.
More than courses, this is a teaching based on philosophical and practical principles established in the fundamental texts of hatha yoga and oral tradition.

One and a half hour sessions of asana (postures) and pranayama (breath control). As in the studio lessons, the lessons are structured between phases of relaxation, breath control and postures to understand the asanas in their physical, mental and energetic dimensions.
every Monday and Friday at 7 am
One hour sessions of teaching and practicing meditation in the tradition of hatha and raja yoga. Meditation is experienced here as an organic reality. The work carried out during the asana and pranayama sessions stabilizes the body and the mind allowing access to the meditative state.
Japa Mala / Mantra / Bhagavad Gita
every Wednesday at 7 am
One-hour sessions of recitation of mantras dedicated to a particular deity and / or reading of the Bhagad Gita.

Workshops of three hours from 10 am to 1 pm or from 2 pm to 5 pm to deepen your knowledge and experience of Hatha Yoga.
You can also book a full day from 10 am to 5 pm (best to establish a personal practice)
This is also a part of the Sadhana program.
This is a time of deep practice.
Kryas (purifications), pranayama (breathing), asanas (postures), dharana (concentration) and dhyana (meditation) are linked together while taking the time of deep relaxation to fully experience the benefits of the exercises.
These days are also an opportunity to go methodically to postures that you have always dreamed to realize and understand their secrets.
At the end of these workshops you will have:
learned to structure your personal practice
laid the groundwork for your progress
acquired some bases of Yoga philosophy
discovered new exercises or new postures
experienced the depth of the effects of Hatha Yoga practice on the physical, energetic, psychic and spiritual levels
During these workshops, the music of plants will accompany us. Music is the best way to enter a state of consciousness for the reception of the teaching.
Yoga at Ile Saint Germain Park

Meet me at Ile-Saint-Germain Park, located between Issy-les-Moulineaux and Boulogne-Billancourt, for 1 hour and 30 minutes of Hatha Yoga.
The parc is on an island and is a refuge for a multitude of birds.
We will enjoy the mornings of early autumn to practice a rejuvenating yoga. This will give you a taste of travel and holidays.
The class starts at 8.30 am sharp. The rendez-vous spot is set in front of the main entrance avenue Jean Monnet, 92130 Issy-les-Moulineaux, at 8.15 am.

The Vedic tradition institutes retreat in the forest as one of the great stages in the life of a human being. The one who has finished his studies, fulfills his homework duties and whose hair has bleached must go to live in the forest. It is his duty during this period to be compassionate towards all beings.
At all times, the great sages of the yogic tradition have found in the forest the ideal refuge to welcome their meditation and transmit their teaching.
In forest yoga sessions, breathing exercises, postures, concentration and meditation open the mind and body to subtle communication with trees and nature. We can thus let ourselves be penetrated by the forest just as much as we enter it.
Much more than a walk in the forest, the forest yoga offers you to take the time to enter into this subtle communication to welcome all the benefits.
